Opinion: Mandates Versus Laws

Remember mandates are not laws. Anything that goes against the constitution of the United States, and or Laws on Record do not supersede the law. For example, an official such as a Mayor or Governor can mandate that all people who where blue on Monday’s be enslaved. That mandate is illegal, absurd, and against the constitution. In addition to the Bill of Rights, and other amendments, the 13th Amendment and the Emancipation Proclamation supersedes the mandates that are enslaving all of us. Therefore, it is not to be enforced and if it is…that’s not only going rogue, it is treason against the people. Therefore, the elected official who mandated such a thing should be removed and charged accordingly. In addition the 14th Amendment spells it out for all of the out of control ones like the Gov. of Cali Michigan, Illinois, New York, mandating Mayors and others.

The 14th Amendment says it all – That no State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1865 (after the Civil War), officially abolished slavery in the United States. The 13th Amendment states: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” 13th AmendmentNot wearing a mask is not a crime. It actually is a crime to impose such a mandate on any person to make it a crime. Governors who tell you they are complying with the Federal Government by forcing the mandates are in violation of the 10th Amendment which prohibits the commandeering or forcing states to use their own resources to carry out federal policies. They infringe upon the first amendment, and are in violation of the 4th Amendment which is the “right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The first amendment gives each one the right to freedom in religion, speech, press, petition, and assembly. All of these rights have been attacked.

FirstAmendment prohibits government from establishing a religion and protects each person’s right to practice (or not practice) any faith without government interference. So Fauci’s COVID cult is not to be forced on We The People. It protects us and gives us all theright to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. It prohibits any laws that establish a national religion, impede the free exercise of religion, abridge the freedom of speech, infringe upon the freedom of the press, interfere with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. Which our rights were denied on January 6th and even yet today, now making redress of grievances of the government school body a crime that the F.B.I. needs to investigate parents concerned about their child’s education and health safety. Good grief these people have all thrown the constitution out the window! It’s time to read it again to all of them.

When we look at the parallel between the time period of the civil war and today…there is a lot of things in common.

It was the Emancipation Proclamation that transformed the Civil War from a war against secession from the Union into a war for, as Lincoln stated in the Gettysburg Address, “a new birth of freedom”, and led the way for congress to forge the 13th Amendment.  Gettysburg Address in 1863.

We are now finding that the illegal election was the final straw on the camels back concerning the COVID-19 illegal mandates by Mayors, City Councils, Governors, and now the President in Thief and the bandits in the administration. The entire Fauci/Birx led CDC and its’ exhausting lists of insane things to suggest a free people do…..is in itself a list of how to enslave a free people and make them think it is all legal or we will be killing Grandma and or Grandma will be killing her grandchildren.

The entire book of Insane Things To Do, can be attributed to Globalist think tanks and pawns like those we see saying these things on TV, and not limited to liar propaganda and gaslighting from the fake news and their programmed guests. This insanity goes all the way to heads of government at all levels and climbs in bed with the Justice Department and our dear corporate pastors leading sheep to the vax slaughter in the name of their 501c3 God that they envision believes it is okay to jab thy neighbor with a lethal toxic goo that has the potential to either kill them, cripple them, or make them very sick. And does nothing to prevent them from catching the virus. Not to mention to enforce the same logic that God wants His people to get Big Pharma boosters to finish off the job if the first two didn’t do the trick, and enforce the devil’s mantra to mussel the mouths of any who speak out against the wrongs of this evil and wear the mask as a reminder. I mean, let’s face it, what else is the mussel your mouth with a mask mandate about? Masks do nothing to stop any nano size virus and or germs from entering one’s body at all and creates a wide variety of illnesses and respiratory issues in and of itself.

Test the words of the Pastor with the scriptures. Read the scriptures and see that for those who receive the Lord that he resides in you and you in him and the Holy Spirit is automatically sent to those who believe to teach, comfort and guide in all their ways. Discernment and Wisdom are two of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we all have them and it is time to use them.

What is really taking place is a war against all humanity by those who want to have their new tower of Babel built and operated globally. They are using the same play book the devil always uses and that is to kill, steal, destroy, and threaten with lies that create fear so people make bad decisions and doubt everything God has said. Fear and doubt leads to anger and war, be it against a nation, your neighbor, or family member.

So as we enter into the part of the stormy season where the globalists are losing….expect more hitting below the belt with punches that may hurt and take the wind out of a few, but only for a time. Meanwhile, we the people who know the Lord and the Word of God are staying in prayer unceasing and listening and conversing with the Holy Spirit on the way to proceed.

So far the only whispering voice to take the jab is coming from people who are very mean and have no concious of what they do unto others. And some are just blind and some have sold out for the beasts coins and promises. And some, I have noticed, are just followers and not very smart.

Recently, President Trump made a few comments on the vaccine stating that when he was in office, everyone wanted it. Now that he’s not in office and Biden is in charge, no one wants it. Trump said, “Biden hurt the vaccine”. So why did he say, Biden hurt the vaccine? He also made note that Johnson and Johnson paused the vaccine…and that hurt it. So how could the pause have hurt the vaccine? Could it be there was another used in its’ place? After all, when Trump released the first vaccine he said the Military was checking and okaying it and sending it out, and they had around 2 million vaccines ready to go for THOSE WHO WANTED IT. It was never mandated, it was for those who wanted it. So now Biden hurt the vaccine…and mandating it? How did he hurt the vaccine by simply mandating it? Did President Trump allude to something more?

Either way, let your eyes see, your ears hear, and discern all things. Think, feel and choose using wisdom. Do not let negative emotions lead you. That is when people make bad decisions that have lousy consequences.

Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.

RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.

ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Article the first… After the first enumeration required by the first article of the Constitution, there shall be one Representative for every thirty thousand, until the number shall amount to one hundred, after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall be not less than one hundred Representatives, nor less than one Representative for every forty thousand persons, until the number of Representatives shall amount to two hundred; after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall not be less than two hundred Representatives, nor more than one Representative for every fifty thousand persons.

Article the second… No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

Article the third… Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Article the fourth… A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Article the fifth… No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Article the sixth… The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Article the seventh… No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Article the eighth… In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Article the ninth… In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Article the tenth… Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Article the eleventh… The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Article the twelfth… The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
