Help restore Commissioner Shull’s committee liaison positions and demand the Commission revoke the existing censor on him.

Summary:
- On January 14, 2021 the Clackamas Commission unanimously censored Commissioner Shull and demanded he resign immediately! He declined to do this.
- On June 1, 2021 Commissioner Shull was stripped of his committee liaison assignments by the entire Commission. This was in response to a first draft of a resolution that had wording offensive to Chair Smith. When Mr. Shull tried to explain himself, he was drowned out by her and the rest of the Commission.
- On the June 15, 2021 policy meeting his liaison duties were doled out to other commissioners by Chair Smith. Mr. Shull requested the reason for his losing his assignments be stated for the record. Even this simple courtesy was denied him.
- On July 1, 2021 Chair Smith stated in response to a testifier that Mr. Shull has not asked to be reinstated. This inferred that the Commission would take it up again. Commissioner Shull then, during commissioner comments, requested his assignments back.
- July 6, 2021 no action during the Policy meeting on this matter.
So Here We Are:
6 months later and the Commission is still determined to get rid of Mr. Shull, even though he was elected by the majority of voters who voted last November. Even though he is performing his job proficiently. The Commission is continually applying pressure on him and feeding recall noise. Please don’t let them. Demand the Commissioners revoke the censor and return the committee assignments to him.
