Ultimately this is about the Rule of Law: Laws of this Nation and Laws of God

A nation “of the people, by the people, and for the people” will perish from the earth if we do not demand that everyone play by the rules that protect all citizens. That is why we have laws and additional expectations of civil behavior spelled out in the Judaeo-Christian tradition by the Ten Commandments or their equivalent in other religions.

The Law of the Jungle, where anything goes in the pursuit of power, is antithetical to civilization. Yet that is what we have seen for too long in this country, as extremists of all stripes (from Radical Democrats to Marxists to Fascists) have ruled our streets and destroyed our inner cities. Whatever you prefer to call them, they are criminal thugs, not heroes.

Although we have the ability to control criminal behavior, Democrats have seen it to their political advantage to allow and even encourage crimes against the social fabric. Now that the election is over, their political calculations tell them to put a stop to it by, for instance, deploying the National Guard in cities from New York to Portland.

There are no principles involved here. Those who rule over us know that this is all about POWER and nothing else. Although they use all sorts of pretexts to rule over us, from social justice to global warming to the coronavirus, they do not care about any of them. They are merely means to an end. When the radicals were out of power, they championed “free speech” and “questioning authority.” Now they find such attitudes inconvenient.

When a giant with sturdy principles appears on the scene and talks about reform and building a better society, he is immediately branded an enemy and mercilessly attacked until he either slinks away or fights back. Laws of the nation and of God are suspended to drive out the infidel.

From the moment that Donald Trump was elected President in 2016, his opponents have been trying to unseat him by any means possible. Their attempted coups have included falsely charging him with all sorts of wrongdoing, like the Russian and Ukrainian hoaxes that they knew from the beginning had no factual basis. Then with the arrival of the Chinese coronavirus on our shores, Democrats tried to hold him responsible for every aspect of the resulting pandemic. When race rioting broke out after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, that too was blamed on President Trump, with the obnoxious excuse that Floyd was black and the President white.

Bringing an endless series of false charges may seem to partisans like nothing more than politics as usual. But to the rest of us it spells C-O-R-R-U-P-T-I-O-N. Our democracy depends on everyone playing by the rules to make the American experiment in self-government succeed, not fail. Endless bad behavior brings us closer to a collapse.

With the November 3rd elections, political issues were supposed to come to some sort of fair resolution, as citizens expressed their preferences. But we saw more business as usual. Those who were determined to win by any means possible, did not respect the sanctity of the elections. They just moved their corrupt practices into the election arena.

“Vote early and often” is more than a joke in Democrat controlled cities. It has always been the way they operate. Hence, battleground states where elections are perpetually close saw a lot of suspicious behavior by Democrat election officials. Although always a simmering problem, it does not become especially consequential until it threatens to affect a national outcome, as in the Kennedy/Nixon battle in 1960 with the cheating in Cook County, Illinois or the problems in the Bush/Gore battle in 2000 with counting ballots in Florida.

We depend on the honesty of heavily partisan Democrat election officials who care far more about their candidates winning than about the integrity of our elections. With the Presidential election this year again very close, cheating in a few locations has become a huge issue.

From preventing election observers watching what election officials were doing in Philadelphia to reporting out mysterious vote totals for Joe Biden in the wee hours of the morning after election day in Detroit and Milwaukee, there was much going on that appeared dishonest. But was it?

Burt Rutan, the legendary aeronautical engineer, sent me examples of apparent cheating in Michigan. Here is the way he explains it:

I am an engineer, some have even called me a rocket scientist. My 55-year post-college testing career has made me an expert in analyzing data of all types. That skill helped me show that, since 1988, climate data has been fraudulently presented by the climate scientists.

Presented below [Figure 1] is one example of data (among hundreds) that show the Tuesday vote count has been tampered with.

Early morning, November 4th, while even the “journalists” were sleeping: As the Michigan vote result tabulation goes from 4,261,878 to 4,400,217, Biden got EVERY ONE of the 138,339 new votes, with NONE going to the 4 other candidates!! Obviously, a statistical impossibility.”

Such an analysis is very powerful, because it does not depend on someone witnessing the crime. The evidence is visible in plain sight. Those who generated 138,339 votes for Joe Biden should have been smart enough to add a few votes for President Trump and a few more for minor party candidates. That would have given their fraud a more authentic appearance. But they were not that smart, and the fraud is easy to spot.

The counter explanation I have heard is that some areas in our inner cities vote exclusively for Democrats. That is not correct. We know that these areas may spit about 90/10 for Democrats. That is exceedingly monolithic but not completely so.

Many years ago, a friend and I volunteered to be Republican election judges for a Presidential election in the black ghetto on the south side of Chicago. Republicans were very happy to have us. And I was amazed to witness so many blacks just pull the Democrat Party lever in the voting machines to vote a straight party ticket, led by a white Southerner by the name of Jimmy Carter.

But not everyone did, because I had to help some in wheel chairs who could not stand up to operate the voting machine. With a Democrat election judge present, I would ask the voter how he would like to vote and pull the levers for him. Then I would ask again if he was satisfied, before I helped him record his vote.

We had absolutely no problems, because we strictly followed the rules. Everyone got a chance to vote who was registered and no one else. There was some grumbling when we would reject someone not on the voter rolls, but we were resolute about the rules. When an election’s inspector showed up to check to see how we were doing, he saw me and said, “We won’t find any problems here!” I had worked for him previously at a community college.

Where then does the cheating occur for which Chicago is so famous? That’s easy: where there are no Republican election judges present, namely just about everywhere else in the city.

This technologically advanced nation should be able to conduct fair and honest elections that promptly report accurate results. Oregon does the right thing by demanding that all ballots arrive by 8 pm on Election Day, but seems lax on establishing identity and eligibility to vote. Florida dramatically cleaned up its act under Republican Governor Ron DeSantis and had no repeat of past problems. Strict standards, uniformly enforced, help enormously.

Where does that leave us with the Trump/Biden election? President Trump must stand his ground for a fair and honest outcome, where every legal vote is counted and all the illegal ones removed from the tallies. Furthermore, all those who have engaged in election fraud need to be brought to justice promptly. Long prison terms would help. If Trump caves to pressure, we will face the same problems at every future election. Citizens will lose faith in the entire election process that is the basis of our democracy.

This is more than a battle to retain a very capable President and avoid turning the country over to an inept and aging scoundrel; it is a battle against those who would destroy this nation in the pursuit of power.
