Press Statement Regarding Roe V. Wade Reversal

A great day for America! Infant Lives Will Be Saved!

God has given us the victory!
No woman will have to parent a child she does not want!
Women will not suffer abortion related trauma anymore!

Mr. Allan E. Parker, Jr., President of The Justice Foundation, states the following:

“In the Dobbs case, I represent 2,249 Women Injured By Abortion; Melinda Thybault, Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition; and Hannah S., the first formerly frozen human embryo known to have filed a brief at the U.S. Supreme Court.  My clients rejoice at the victory and long for the day when abortion is illegal in every state, just like slavery and segregation.

SAFE HAVEN

“It is time to stop killing children and injuring women which includes ‘devastating psychological consequences,” per Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992).  Now in all fifty states, women can use Safe Haven laws to eliminate the burden of parenting, if they voluntarily choose to do so.  Under the Safe Haven law in all states, a woman can safely surrender her child at a designated place within a designated time after birth.  Unlike abortion, Safe Haven is free.  If a woman is low income, every state will pay her medical bills, including delivery of the child. She can walk out of the hospital and move on with her life.  The baby will be adopted by one of millions of families waiting to adopt newborns.”

“This is a great day for America.”

Melinda Thybault, Co-Founder of The Moral Outcry (www.themoraloutcry.org) said, “With joyous tears I celebrate the abolition of Roe v. Wade and its companion cases. Let it be known today The Moral Outcry was heard and justice served. On behalf of all of our lost babies and our babies to come, I thank you!

I’m thrilled that boys and girls will be able to fulfill their gift of life!  As someone who was adopted, even as a frozen embryo, adoption is a great option for women who are not able to parent their babies. I know! It was for me! ~ Hannah S.

Myra Jean Myers, www.operationoutcry.org said: “Nothing wounded me like being responsible for the death of my child through my own abortion on February 3, 1973.  The impact for 49 years can now be laid to rest.

I am so grateful to the Supreme Court Justices for listening to the voices of myself and thousands of women who have been hurt by abortion and reversing Roe v. Wade despite tremendous pressure and criticism. For those women and men who have been triggered by this decision there are numerous abortion recovery programs throughout the nation which provide hope and healing for those who have suffered the pain of abortion.” – Tracy Reynolds, www.operationoutcry.org.

Cindy Collins, www.operationoutcry.org, says “In 1973, I was told my baby was a blob and my problem would be over with. It’s been almost 50 years of living with physical complications and the emotional wounds of the lie of Roe…the lie that abortion is good for women. It is time for the lie of Roe to end and for women hurt by abortion to be heard and our lives to be healed.”

As a woman who was harmed and unable to have children because of the abortion procedure, I say thank you for protecting women and children in our nation once again. I pray each State will now agree with this court decision, and protect the woman and babies in each of their States.” Luana Stoltenberg, www.operationoutcry.org.
